Older school in kampong Thom provice

We are students in grade 10 on 2014-2015 in Kampong Thom high school.And we also orphan lives in Kampong Thom Orphanage.We painted the school without get money from teacher to make our school new and can have some class for study. Kampong Thom high school is the oldest school in Kampong Thom Provice.It about  100 year ago.French built for a hospital and then in 1975 in Cambodia had a civil war, so here have to close.When the war finished maybe 1980 government changed this place to high school.Now this school very old, but students and teachers still working.

Technology has made the world a better place to live

Do you agree or disagree with the following statement? Technology has made the world a better place to live. Use specific reasons and examples to support your statement.

     Technology has made our live better in many ways , but it has also made them more complicated. Technology is often expensive to buy and run, it can be difficult to use, and it often isn’t easy to repair. 
     Technology isn’t cheap. The more technology we depend on in our daily lives, the more money we have to spend. Everybody wants a modern TV, a digital camera, a DVD player, etc. Even though these things might be considered luxuries, people want them. In addition, some technology is more than a luxury. For example, teachers nowadays is expect their students have computers at home for their schoolwork. Parents have to buy the latest computer so their children can keep up with their classmate. This can be a real hardship for some families .

    Technology isn’t always easy to use. In face, it is getting more and more complicated. The computer of today do many more things than the computers of even just five for ten years ago. That means a lot of more things that computers users have to learn how to do even a simple like using a VCR to we record a movie take some practice and learning.

     Technology isn’t easy to repair if average person has a problem with this computer or DVD player, he probably doesn’t know how to fix himself. He ‘ll to spend time and money talking the place to get fixed. In the past, a lot of people enjoyed doing routine maintenance work on their cars. Modern technology has made today’s cars more complicated it is other to learn how to repair and maintain them.

       People think modern technology has made other lives easier. In the way this is true, but in other ways it has made over live much less convenient. Modern technology costs us money and time and can add complication to our lives.

Introduction of Kampong Thom Province Cambodia

Kampong Thom is Cambodid's second largest province by area.Its capital is named Kampong Thom,a picturesque town on the banks of the Stung Saen River.The Sambor temple and Prei Kuk temple are the town main temple in Kompong Thom as well as other less significant Angkorian sites. Kampong Thom was a very powerful capital in Southeast Asia during the Funan period.later eron during the French rule,the province was home to a large group named the Stieng, but they have long been assimilated into khmer society. Kampong Pos Thom was the original name of the present called Kampong Thom. because originally long time ago, at the dock of the Sen River next to a big natural lake,there was a big cave with a pair of big snakes inside. The people living this area usually saw these big snakes every Buddhist Holiday...

Time after that,the snakes disappeared, and the people of that area called it Kampong Pos Thom.then, only short words Kampong Thom.During the French colony in Cambodia,the French rule and  divided  Cambodia territory into provinces,and named them according to the spoken words of the people Kampong Thom Province.The provincial capital Kampong Thom is another bustling town on the banks of the  Stung Sen River.The town itself is strategically lacated on the National Highway No 6 between Phnom penh and Siem Reap.Its more a stopover to have  a break from driving long distance or to eat something on the way to Siem Reap or Phnom Penh, thena very touristic place,Despite the town itself people come to explore th pre-Angkorian Chenla capital Sambor Prei Kuk,the remote temples of Preah Khan and Prasat Preah Vihea.
